About Us
Over the last 40 years, we have transformed ourselves from a small parts shop to a premier manufacturer and distributor in the HVAC and Refrigeration industries. Our operation has grown from a one man shop to the industry leader of today. Employing more than 120 highly skilled and trained people, we ship to more than 3,000 clients worldwide in over 95 countries.
In recent efforts to diversify and increase our ability to service our customers, we have added some valuable divisions. Our extensive list of fabrication machinery, engineering capabilities and fully certified inspection lab and quality control center helped us make the move into the custom manufacturing arena. Once there, we realized that we would have to increase our capabilities to serve the numerous markets that were searching for quality custom products at reasonable prices.
In 2006, we acquired Glenn Tool of Oklahoma City to help increase our custom manufacturing capabilities. Glenn Tool was founded in 1971 and its equipment ranged from CNC Lathes and CNC Mills to EDM Wire machines. This broad range of equipment allows us to work with most materials including mild, alloy and stainless steels, aluminum, copper alloys, cast aluminum, cast irons, plastics, etc. Glenn Tool served the valve pump, oil field drilling tools and instruments, and electronics industries. We have continued to service those markets as well as broaden our scope into additional industries.
In 2008, we completed increasing our manufacturing facility by 40,000 square feet to accommodate the advanced machinery and trained staff that joined CMP through the purchase of Glenn Tool. This addition allows us to provide more custom manufacturing opportunities while allowing our preexisting facility to focus on our core products – quality compressor replacement parts.

With extensive engineering, design and manufacturing knowledge, CMP is also uniquely qualified to provide superior custom replacement part work for a broad range of product applications.
